At the close of every year it is a Dubak U tradition that our Dubak Electrical Group foreman, supervision, and company leaders nominate who they feel was the stand out apprentice of the year. This is a prestigious award, voted on by the apprentice's peers and is a very high & proud honor.
This year Ryan Senko was awarded Dubak U Apprentice of the Year 2020! He has shown outstanding efforts in learning, commitment, jobsite support, leadership, and more.
